what-a-week!

Yesterday was my niece, Anna Kaitlyn's very FIRST soccer game, and they won! She is VERY competitive, and she stayed in on the action throughout the game. Probably helps having step-daddy David as the coach because she hears all about the game at home.





This THURSDAY, I am heading to Oxford for the Presidential Debates festivities. My friends and I are going to be in the Grove all afternoon for a series of concerts, and then.. that evening, they're going to have screens set up, displaying the debates that are happening right down the street! We are so excited...

Then.. FRIDAY night, my sweet youth get to meet their new YOUTH MINISTER for the very first time (excluding the 3 year Super Summer students and above who had him as their dean in yellow school). I'm going to meet him Sunday morning at SS Open house. His name is Chad, and he was my best friend Ally's youth minister in Kosciusko. I already know all about him and he's going to be an INCREDIBLE addition to our church. Plus, I have more babysitting opportunities! :)

I adore my first graders this semester! They are too funny!


MY amazingly talented friend, Tyler, is going to be in The Secret Garden at Mississippi College this weekend and next weekend. Two of my youth girls and I are going to see it next weekend & enjoy a Jackson shopping trip while we're there. Dorie & Caitlin are really excited about Target.. :)
